Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie
Running a pastry section, delivering precision and consistency at a five-star level
Creating high-quality desserts for restaurants, afternoon tea and banqueting
Producing seasonal pastries and showpieces using fresh, premium ingredients
Supporting and guiding junior chefs within the pastry brigade
Maintaining exceptional hygiene and organisational standards

Have solid experience within a professional pastry kitchen
Possess strong classical pastry techniques and attention to fine detail
