Key Requirements:
* Solid background in mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and installation on complex projects
* Strong commercial awareness, including cost control and budget management
* Good understanding of HSE standards related to MEP works
* Ability to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners
* Excellent stakeholder skills with experience working closely with clients and design teams
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the handover from Estimating into Construction
* Working with the Project Director to ensure the project is correctly resourced
* Validating the project and setting up business plans, cost controls, cash flow, and billing schedules
* Preparing key project documentation, including procurement plans, design schedules, programmes, s-curves, and histograms
* Overseeing safety and quality plans for the project
* Mobilising subcontractors and labour in line with the delivery strategy
* Ensuring all project measures and deliverables are aligned before construction begins
