Job Description

Position: Check-In / Customer Service Colleague

Apply today to work as a Check-In Agent for DHL, a leading provider of ground handling operations for Easyjet across UK airports.

The pay rate is £ per hour, with enhanced overtime pay rates.

This role offers 20 or 30 hours per week, on a rotating schedule: 5 on 3 off for 30 hours or 3 on 6 off for 20 hours. Shift patterns include:

* 3am to 12pm
* 4am to 1pm
* 12pm to 10pm

Note: Full-time training (Monday-Friday) is required initially, even if part-time hours are chosen.

All candidates must undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, provide references covering the last 5 years, and be willing to undergo DBS and CTC checks.


Your Responsibilities

* Validating customer travel documentation
* Assisting passengers with check-in and baggage support
* Explaining and enforcing luggage rules and fees
* Delivering high-quality customer service
* Processing boarding and managing disruptions
* Ensuring compliance with airline and airport policies
