What you will need
* British Citizen, SC clearable
* Experience in hardware and software integration testing
* Proven system‑level project delivery in defence environments
Salary and rewards
Up to £60,000 plus company bonus and pension benefits
What you will be doing
* Leading integration and compatibility activities for complex defence platforms
* Planning and executing system‑level proving and validation work
* Collaborating with engineering teams to define and verify test requirements
* Supporting certification, trials and operational readiness milestones
Skills and experience
* Technical capability across HW/SW integration and system validation
* Data analysis and scripting skills (e.g. Python)
* Practical problem‑solving and issue resolution during trials
* Strong stakeholder coordination and communication
