Background in mathematics, physics, or related fields, with the ability to apply analytical thinking. Excellent UX instincts with a focus on simplifying complex workflows for users. Data-driven decision-maker proficient with KPIs, experimentation methodologies, and analytics tools. Exceptional communicator and team leader, thriving in a fast-paced, on-site setting. Experience with tools like v0.dev, Lovable, Figma, and A/B testing platforms such as Replit.
