We are redefining later living – and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to take the lead across a portfolio of developments across Shropshire, Merseyside and West Yorkshire. Your Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead across multiple developments, coaching and motivating a talented team of Sales Consultants to achieve ambitious sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer journey from first enquiry to full occupancy.
You will champion and integrate Older Persons Shared Ownership schemes into the sales journey, helping customers understand the flexibility, security and peace of mind these options provide.
You will lead with clarity, energy and precision, working closely with Construction, Development, Marketing and Your McCarthy Stone teams to ensure seamless collaboration and flawless delivery.
You will take ownership of site presentation, pricing packs and marketing materials to reflect our brand and lifestyle promise. You will drive standout events and day-to-day sales excellence to set the benchmark, not just meet targets.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a high-performing Sales Team across a portfolio of developments in Shropshire, Merseyside and West Yorkshire
* Drive sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to occupancy
* Champion Older Persons Shared Ownership and Shared Ownership schemes within the sales journey
* Collaborate with Construction, Development, Marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Own site presentation, pricing packs and marketing materials to reflect the brand
* Coordinate events and day-to-day sales activities to drive engagement and occupancy
Your Attributes
* Sales Leadership: Proven track record of leading, managing and coaching a high-performing sales team with target-driven results
* CRM & Systems: Deep understanding of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and data-led decision making
* Collaborative Communicator: Confident engaging with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, including Sales, Marketing, Services and Build
