Plant Operator / Commissioning Support Lead Engineer We are seeking an experienced Plant Operator/Commissioning Engineer with strong process knowledge and a solid technical background to play a key role during the commissioning and early operation of our plant based in Leeds Immediate start available (Subject to interview process) Salary Circa £50,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) This is a hands-on position suited to someone who understands how plants really run and can confidently support, coordinate, and drive commissioning activities to successful completion. You will work closely with commissioning engineers, contractors, and equipment suppliers, acting as the operational focal point and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and safely. The role requires strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a genuine interest in understanding the plant in full.
