Job Title: Adults Mental Health Social Worker – London Borough of Camden
Location: Camden
Rate: £35 per hour
An amazing opportunity has become available in Camden, in a supportive and flexible team for experienced Social Workers. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in Adult Mental Health teams.
Job Description:
You will conduct assessments to identify the needs and strengths of adults with mental health issues within the community, manage a varied caseload, including capacity assessments, best interest decision making, and Care Act assessments. You will be required to deliver exceptional social care to adults with mental health needs and their carers, promoting choice and control, whilst providing specialized support and interventions for individuals with mental health conditions, ensuring they receive appropriate care and treatment. You will also need to coordinate and deliver integrated care by working with health professionals, housing services, voluntary organizations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in adult safeguarding work, Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a full UK driver’s licence, and a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
