Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire
Salary: From £24,225 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time (37 hours/week), Fixed term until October 2028 (with potential to extend)

Responsibilities
* Supporting safe, efficient operations across commercial and experimental farm areas
* Contributing to field trial implementation and maintenance
* Collaborating closely with researchers and technical teams
* You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, bringing your own knowledge while continuing to learn and develop new areas of expertise.
What we are looking for
* Be an experienced arable operator, confident in modern farming practices
* Have solid IT skills to maintain accurate records and follow protocols
* Bring a problem-solving mindset and openness to innovation
