The Role As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. You will act as the first point of contact, managing a high volume of queries and ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional resolution. This position is critical in supporting customer retention and loyalty by consistently delivering a high standard of service, particularly within temperature-controlled transport solutions.
