We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in the Grocery Retail domain to support business transformation and retail technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver effective retail solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to grocery retail operations.
* Work closely with stakeholders across merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, supply chain, store operations, and eCommerce teams.
* Conduct gap analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
* Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
* Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support retail systems including POS, inventory management, loyalty programs, order management, and replenishment systems.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
* Analyze retail KPIs, sales trends, inventory performance, and customer insights to support business decisions.
* Recommend operational improvements and automation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the Grocery Retail industry.
* Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and store management processes.
* Experience working on retail transformation or digital commerce initiatives.
* Expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business documentation.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, Visio, or Power BI.
* Experience with omnichannel retail or eCommerce platforms.
* Exposure to ERP or cloud-based retail solutions
