Job Description
A permanent Home Manager post has become available in a reputable care home in Norwich that specialises in providing care to the elderly. The home specialises in elderly and dementia care and is described as a luxury care setting.
Responsibilities
* Promote clinical and administrative arrangements, training and care planning within the home.
* Organise and motivate the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered.
* Maintain and monitor the health and welfare of residents.
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals (clients, GPs and other multi-disciplinary team members).
* Ensure CQC National Minimum Standards regulations are met to secure the needs, welfare and social inclusion of the residents.
* Organise and attend regular staff meetings.
* Ensure the overall smooth, efficient and effective running of the care home at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience as a Home Manager.
* Must hold RMA / NVQ5 or equivalent.
* Proven background in running successful care home.
* Experience in budgeting and recruitment.
* Passion for elderly care.
