About the Cover Supervisor Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. Maintain behaviour and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. Support students in their learning and ensure a positive classroom environment. Work alongside school staff to ensure lessons run smoothly.
