Commercial Property Solicitor – Halifax

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of the region's leading Legal 500 firms, based in Halifax.

You will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE from a reputable firm and demonstrable experience managing a broad range of commercial property matters. Your caseload will cover landlord and tenant work, development projects and investment transactions.

Strong client care skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships and commercial awareness to support business development will be essential to success in this role.
