Facilities & Office Services Coordinator – Early Phase Clinical Units Location: Harrow, UK – Fully office-based (5 days per week) Join our dedicated team supporting critical Early Phase Clinical Units at Parexel! We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Office Services Coordinator to ensure our site runs smoothly, safely, and professionally. What You'll Do: Supervise reception, housekeeping, mailroom, and switchboard services Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and shared facilities Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships Oversee space planning, office moves, and furniture arrangements Support Occupational Health & Safety initiatives and compliance Administer company vehicles and parking arrangements Serve as backup receptionist when needed What We Need: A few years' experience in administration or building services Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask Computer literate (MS Office including Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, flexible, and client-focused approach Experience with minor repairs using hand tools is a plus Fluent in English (verbal and written) Right to work in the UK (we're unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role) Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in facility management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Important: This role requires full-time presence in our Harrow office ( Northwick Park Hospital ), 5 days per week.
