Automation Experts Ltd is a well-established, highly respected recruitment consultancy providing technical resourcing solutions across various engineering and manufacturing sectors. We are now looking for a proactive Resourcing Consultant to join our busy office in Shifnal.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys speaking and helping people and contributing to a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Resourcing Consultant, you’ll support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging with top engineering talent across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our in-house database
Researching client companies and industry trends
Liaising with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and manage expectations
Maintaining accurate records and candidate profiles
Supporting consultants with advertising and job posting
What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking an adaptable and personable individual who is confident on the phone and highly organised. This role would suit an Engineering Graduate, Customer Service Professional, or someone from a sales or administration background.
Key skills & attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication
Great telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High attention to detail and accuracy
A good sense of humour and team spirit
Experience in recruitment is not essential — we’re more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
