Children's Support Worker

Children's Support Worker needed to help support children with complex needs in their own homes or out in the community. Shifts available every Saturday and before and after school hours. Minimum 1 hour calls, pay starts at £13.00 per hour, interviews ASAP, immediate start, training provided, drivers are essential for this role, part time, ad hoc shifts.

Hours: Saturdays, before and after school hours Mon to Fri available
About the role:
- Prompting medication
- Provide social stimulation and engagement
- Provide personal care and additional specific care requirements
- Support with transfers
- Liaising with family/care givers
About you:
Experience in a similar role, particularly with children or individuals with complex needs
A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to individual care needs
Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Good comprehension of the English language
