ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently seeking a dedicated QA Officer to join a dynamic quality assurance team. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Your duties as the QA Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows: To develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations. Act as system administrator and primary contact for the electronic QMS (eQMS) platform, including user support and process management. Support CSV projects Deliver training on QMS processes and QA induction for new staff, facilitating understanding of change controls, deviations, and quality events.
