We are currently looking for an experienced Resident Engagement Officer to support the delivery of resident engagement activities across a housing service. This Resident Engagement Officer role will focus on ensuring compliance with consumer standards, supporting tenant engagement programmes and capturing resident feedback to inform service improvement. The successful candidate will support engagement activities, tenant forums and satisfaction initiatives while ensuring the organisation can evidence compliance with the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. This Resident Engagement Officer position would suit someone with previous experience within resident engagement, tenant participation or social housing.
