The Opportunity
We’re recruiting a Senior Technology Trainer for a growing organisation that delivers world-class technical and professional learning solutions to global clients in finance, insurance, and technology. This is an opportunity to shape how engineers, graduates, and leaders upskill, while driving innovation in the design and delivery of training programmes.
You’ll take ownership of leading and supporting a diverse pool of instructors, ensuring training is delivered consistently at the highest standard. With strong technical knowledge, proven leadership, and commercial awareness, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence while supporting ambitious growth plans.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and supporting a pool of instructors, ensuring skills align with programme needs
Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new trainers to close capability gaps
Monitoring instructor performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement
Embedding delivery frameworks across technical, professional, and capital markets content
Overseeing course preparation, content readiness, and learner engagement
Ensuring interactive and impactful delivery through modern platforms and blended methodologies
Integrating new technologies, including GenAI-enabled solutions, to enhance training
Acting as a point of escalation for delivery issues and stepping in as trainer when required
Providing clear ROI metrics to support business development and client engagement
About You
Proven experience as an instructor, trainer, or teacher in graduate or professional training programmes
10+ years of industry experience in technology, finance, or professional learning environments
Strong technical background with the ability to support delivery across multiple disciplines
Commercially aware, able to balance educational quality with business objectives
Comfortable mentoring and leading instructors while stepping in to deliver directly when required
Familiarity with modern learning platforms, virtual delivery tools, and blended methodologies (desirable)
Experience working with graduate or early-career talent (desirable)
