Literacy & Communication Development: Proactively foster crucial literacy skills, supporting reading comprehension, written expression, and oral communication, essential for academic and life success. Advanced Behaviour & De-escalation: Expertly respond to challenging behaviours with advanced de-escalation strategies and proactively teach pupils emotional regulation techniques and positive coping mechanisms to ensure a calm and safe learning environment.
