Job Description
1. Handle intellectual property litigation and disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright cases.
2. Provide strategic counseling and advice to clients on intellectual property matters.
3. Draft and negotiate agreements related to intellectual property transactions.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, briefs, and opinions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs effectively.
6. Advise clients on IP portfolio management and enforcement strategies.
7. Stay updated on changes in intellectual property law and industry trends.
8. Represent clients in administrative proceedings and other related legal forums.
