Our in-house estimating teams work alongside our nationwide network of branches to deliver accurate, detailed estimates of materials for our customers projects.
What you’ll do
Our Estimating teams have a clear interest and passion in the construction industry, so we hope you do too. Having worked in a similar role, you’ll manage and continue to develop a team of estimators, assigning projects to meet KPIs, matching the skill set and development needs of assigned estimators. You will ensure architectural drawings and details for domestic construction projects are accurately reflected in estimates, maximising customer satisfaction and relationships. Using your knowledge and experience, you’ll take the lead on estimating senior level projects and work with key stakeholders to develop the service offering and resources used.

If you have a collaborative approach to managing a team of estimators, you’re detail oriented and inherently passionate about construction, with a great understanding of the needs of SME customers and their projects, we want to hear from you.
