Home Manager (RGN/RMN)
Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Home Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead a well-established and respected care home in Bradford. The Role:
The Home Manager will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical, personal, and emotional care. This includes:
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person centred care.
Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and clinical governance standards.
Managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy to ensure the home operates efficiently and sustainably.
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
Driving continuous improvement in all areas of care and service delivery.
About You:
A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a nursing or residential care setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and an understanding of best practice in elderly care.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A compassionate and approachable leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance quality care with business performance.
