About the Role
Staffline is recruiting an Electrician for a leading manufacturing company in Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a permanent role and join a dynamic team in a modern, industrial environment.
This role is ideal for a qualified industrial electrician, maintenance electrician or electrical technician with manufacturing experience.
Main Duties
7. Responsible for the electrical wiring and mechanical assembly of LV/MV switchgear and control panels.
8. Ensure all work meets engineering drawings, production timescales and strict quality standards
9. Work on electrical switchgear assembly and electro mechanical systems
10. Contribute to the fitting, building and construction of various parts for seamless component integration
11. Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance, including site modifications and thermal imaging inspections
12. Complete testing of panels, including current injection testing
Requirements
13. City and Guilds Electrical qualification and an Engineering Apprenticeship with AM2 or equivalent
14. Current 17th Edition certification
15. Experience in Electrical switchgear manufacture or similar
16. Experience in field service work / on-site installations
