The role of an EBD Teaching Assistant involves working with children with a variety of emotional and behavioural needs. This role requires a highly motivated, adaptable, committed, enthusiastic, and resilient teaching assistant with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the teacher. You will have experience working with young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will work as part of a dedicated and committed team that adopts a child-centred approach in all they do. The school works tirelessly to ensure each pupil achieves their potential.
Requirements
The ideal EBD Teaching Assistant will have:
* Proven experience working with children and young people
* Proven experience working with pupils with EBD
* A passion for the progress of pupils with EBD
* An ability to work as part of a team
