The Role
We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established feed manufacturing site in Navenby, Lincolnshire.
This is a hands-on role within a modern, automated manufacturing environment, where reliability, safety and performance are critical. Youll work across electrical and mechanical systems, delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown support, while contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
This role suits an engineer who enjoys working on industrial plant, fault-finding under pressure, and being part of a stable, operationally critical manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on feed mill equipment including conveyors, mixers, elevators, presses, coolers and packaging systems.
2. Respond promptly to breakdowns, fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems to restore production safely and efficiently.
