* Location: Cramlington
* Pay Rate: £13.46 per hour + 20% shift allowance. (£16.15 per hour)
* Shift Pattern: A-Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
* Contract Duration: 12 months.
Working within a cGMP-compliant cleanroom, you will safely and efficiently produce high-quality single-use medical products. You will follow a defined production schedule to ensure orders are manufactured in full for critical customer needs
Key Responsibilities:
* Precision Assembly: Perform manual assembly of critical components following detailed drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Excellence: Inspect finished goods against approved customer specifications to maintain strict quality standards.
* Technical Execution: Set up and kit raw materials using manual, electronic, and pneumatic hand tools.
* Data Integrity: Accurately record and detail critical cGMP data within batch records.
* Operational Standards: Comply with all safe working practices, maintain 5S standards, and utilise required PPE.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Previous manufacturing assembly experience is preferred
* The ability to read and accurately follow Batch Record Sheets and SOPs.
* A punctual, dependable work ethic and the ability to build effective relationships within an established team.
* Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems in varying situations.
