They are continuing to invest in performance marketing, with a focus on improving efficiency, scaling campaigns and optimising user acquisition.
The Role
This is a 2‑month contract for a Digital Marketing Manager to support performance marketing across key digital channels. You’ll take ownership of auditing, planning and optimising campaigns, working across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. The role is focused on improving performance through structured testing, audience targeting and ongoing optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing
* Auditing and optimising paid media performance across key channels
* Planning, launching and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
* Managing budgets, audience targeting and creative testing
* Driving performance against KPIs such as CPA, CTR and conversion rate
* Running A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages
* Turning performance data into clear, actionable insights
* Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing and product teams

* Strong hands‑on experience across paid media and performance marketing
* Proven track record of improving and scaling campaign performance
* Confident working with analytics tools and performance data
* Experience running structured A/B testing across campaigns
* Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast‑paced environment

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* £300 per day (Inside IR35)
* 2‑month contract
* Hybrid - 4 days per week onsite in Waterloo
