We are working in partnership withBishop Lonsdale Primary Academyto recruit a Level 3 or 5 Teaching Assistant Apprentice.


What Youll Be Doing

As an apprentice, you will:

* Support pupils with SEN in the classroom and small groups.

* Help teachers deliver inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

* Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

* Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs).

* Promote inclusion and a supportive learning environment.

* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals.


* Apprenticeship Details

* Hours:(8.15am-3.4500pm) / Term time only

* Duration: Approximately 18 months with EPA

* Salary: £7.55 per hour for the first 12 months (apprentice wage) and National Minimum Wage thereafter.
