Day-to-Day of the Role:
* Oversee the maintenance and security of school facilities.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all students and staff.
* Coordinate with external contractors and manage site projects.
* Support the school’s ethos and help create an inclusive atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an SEN setting.
* Strong understanding of facility management and maintenance.
* Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
* Confidence in working with children with special needs and a desire to go above and beyond.
