Anderson Knight is excited to be partnering with a respected organisation in Glasgow to recruit a skilled ER Partner for a 24-month fixed-term contract. About the Role As an Employee Relations Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders and HR colleagues across the organisation, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. You’ll work collaboratively to manage risk, ensure compliance, and foster a positive working environment. What You’ll Do * Provide high-quality advice and case management on a wide range of ER issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance. * Partner with managers to build capability and confidence in handling ER matters proactively. * Ensure ER policies, practices and outcomes align with employment law and organisational values. * Contribute to continuous improvement of ER frameworks, tools, and processes. * Support change initiatives and organisational projects from an ER perspective. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in a dedicated Employee Relations or HR Advisory role, ideally within a complex or unionised environment. * In-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice. * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. * A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement. * Comfortable working independently and managing a varied ER caseload.
