Position Summary
Salary: £27,250 + £1,300 shift allowance
Location: North London
Light & Wonder is recruiting for Field Service Technicians to cover customer sites around the TW / SL / UB postcode areas. These technicians are responsible for the service, installation, and repair of betting and gaming terminals.
As a Field Service Technician, you will ensure high service standards, provide training to customers, and contribute to developing customer service procedures to improve our service quality.
Travel within your designated area is required, with occasional travel to other regions for coverage. The role involves a 40-hour workweek on a rolling 5-day schedule, with a company van, mobile phone, tablet, and tools provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure installations meet high standards.
* Coordinate and supervise equipment removal from customer premises.
* Maintain good customer relationships, provide operating procedures, and update on software/hardware.
* Perform regular shop visits and maintenance as instructed.
* Log concerns, incidents, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
* Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Good time management and target-driven work ethic.
* Full UK driving license.
* Relevant qualifications or experience in a technical role, preferably in gaming, electronics, or IT sectors.
Experience in roles such as Field Service Technician, Field Engineer, Electronics Engineer, IT Support, Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Technical Support, Installation Engineer, or IT Trainer is advantageous.
