Job Description
3. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
4. Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
5. Prepare reports for the Accounting & Finance department as required
6. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
7. Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
9. Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes
10. Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Time Finance Assistant should have:
11. Immediate availability/available on short notice and open to working in an interim position (maternity leave)
12. Experience working in a similar finance or accounting role
13. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
14. A strong understanding of financial principles and practices
15. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
16. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
17. Excellent communication skills
