This isn't just a job—it's a calling. As a Caregiver with us, you will play a critical role in improving the day-to-day lives of our clients, especially those living with dementia, palliative needs, or limited independence. You'll be part of a team that treats every client like family, upholding our commitment to honour, compassion, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, dignified personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and continence care.
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required, respecting cultural and dietary preferences.
* Administer medications with precision and responsibility, documenting according to company protocols.
* Offer emotional support and meaningful companionship, building trust and enriching lives.
* Follow bespoke care plans, ensuring each client's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
* Safely assist with mobility, transfers, and hoisting, using correct manual handling techniques.
* Observe and report any changes in health, mood, or behaviour to care coordinators or clinical staff.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised home environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
* Remain calm and act swiftly in emergency situations, administering first aid where needed.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or support work is valued—but not essential. We believe in nurturing talent and provide full training.
* Familiarity with dementia care, palliative support, or complex needs is a strong advantage.
* Warm and professional communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and their families with sensitivity.
* Confidence in following individualised care plans and working both independently and within a team.
* Physical fitness to manage manual handling and mobility assistance tasks safely.
* Certification in First Aid is preferred—or willingness to complete upon employment.
* A caring heart, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to make a difference every single day.
Why Join Blessed Caring Partnership?
* Be part of a growing, values-led organisation that puts people before profit.
* Receive thorough induction training, continuous development, and career progression opportunities.
* Join a team where your wellbeing and voice truly matter.
* Make a tangible difference in your community—care that is heartfelt, culturally respectful, and spiritually grounded.
