Role – Scallop Cutters
Location – Near St Austell
Hours – 5.00am till finish
We are looking for skilled Scallop Cutters to join our clients busy processing team. You will work within their high-quality seafood production facility, preparing scallops to precise specifications.
The role will initially be paid at £12.21 - £12.71 an hour increasing once you are up to the required production speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Cutting, cleaning, and preparing scallops to customer and quality standards
* Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety throughout processing
* Working efficiently on the production line to meet daily throughput targets
* Inspecting products for quality and consistency
* Following health & safety procedures and supporting a clean working environment
You must have experience in scallop or shellfish processing.
