We are actively looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to join our team! Key Responsibilities Reporting Development of Excel reports using Jet Reports Management of Jet Report excel library including permissions / documentation Development of SQL views for us in Excel / Power BI reporting Assist department in implementation of ongoing software projects including requirements gathering, system design, and assessing functional requirements Documentation Ensure system documentation is up to date and maintained by System team including SQL library / SOPs / Work Instructions. Manage meeting minutes and ensure points are actioned Ongoing audit of current business systems, principally focused on ERP System Development (Prior experience in Application Language is not required. Training and guidance will be provided.) Development and Testing of system upgrades via Application language (AL) Managing the testing process of new system versions, as rolled out by Vendor / Microsoft Focus on process automation through knowledge of Power Automate and implementation of AL Management of workflows across the business within relevant systems Qualification Essential Degree in IT/ Business Systems/Computer Science/Finance or a related field Experience and Knowledge Essential Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Teams Knowledge of SQL Databases Desirable Knowledge of Business Central, Power BI, or Power Automate Understanding of Application Language (AL) bilities and Skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Detail orientated and strong organisational skills. Flexibility, willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and systems Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and use effective analytical problem-solving skills Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
