Location: Edinburgh EH8 Salary: £40,000 per annum Working Patterns: 40 hour per week (5 days over 7) Key Responsibilities: Solid kitchen operations and organisational skills Strong understanding of health and safety standards Ability to support and assist in the overall running of the kitchen Experience in preparing and developing daily changing menus alongside the Head Chef Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and support the wider team Good awareness of current food trends and high street concepts Genuine passion for food and innovation Strong stock management, rotation, and portion control in line with purchasing Annual bonus scheme based on performance Staff meals provided on site Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
