As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in leading our dynamic kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. You'll play a vital role in shaping menus, mentoring junior chefs, and maintaining smooth daily operations across our bar and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently
Help develop and execute seasonal, locally-sourced menus that reflect our brand ethos
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety (HACCP knowledge essential)
Train and mentor junior team members, creating a culture of respect, creativity, and growth
Collaborate with the Head Chef on stock control, cost management, and supplier relationships
Salary: £44,342 per annum plus tronc
