Spencer Clarke Group are seeking an Executive Support Manager for a Local Authority Client in North London. In this role you will provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, lead a team of PAs, and manage cross-departmental projects to ensure the smooth running of the Directorate. Duties: Provide executive support to the Executive Director, including briefings, reports, and high-level communications. Lead and manage the PA team, ensuring effective support across the Directorate. Coordinate Cabinet, Council, and departmental meetings and documentation. Manage cross-departmental projects and the Executive Director's office budget.Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Proven experience providing high-level executive or senior management support. Strong background in managing staff, performance, and office operations. Experience in leading and delivering complex projects within a large organisation.
