A Typical Day in the Job: Help deliver new software features and maintain existing software products. Investigate and fix software bugs, ensuring consistent service. Participate in agile development sprints, including bug triage and version control. Collaborate with the software team to create, review and debug code. Attend off-the-job training at a local college or university. Complete coursework, homework, and end-of-year projects on time. Contribute to a supportive and innovative development team environment. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge GCSE and/or A-Level qualifications (including Maths, Physics, or Computing). Interest in software development with personal or academic coding projects to share. Ability to build and debug simple applications. Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
