Brand Outreach and Partnerships Manager (Freelance)
(Note) This role is securing deal flow and brand partnerships for influencer and podcast host Jada Sezer. A few hours a week to begin with.
You must have prior experience working directly in (mainly) talent managment and brand deal acquisitions with talent. Your network here is vital.
We're expanding the team behind Jada Sezer and are looking for an experienced London Partnerships Manager who has Talent management experianced in securing regular deal flow, nurturing brand relationships that lead to high-value brand collaborations.

Jada Sezer is an entrepreneur, media founder, and public figure with over 10 years' experience as a professional model and a large, highly engaged online community.
Her work sits at the intersection of fashion, motherhood, and thought leadership, blending commercial storytelling with cultural relevance.
Jada has collaborated with global brands including YSL Beauty, Tommy Hilfiger, Marina Rinaldi (Max Mara Group), Lancôme, and Armani Beauty, and continues to work with premium and mainstream brands alike.
Alongside her personal brand, Jada is the host of CEO MUM, a growing podcast platform spotlighting women navigating leadership, ambition, and motherhood.
The next phase of growth is focused on expanding beyond traditional social media partnerships into hybrid, long-term commercial deals.
LOCATION: Ideally for someone based in London, or within easy commute to our West London office. The role would start in person, then can become flexible hybrid role.
TIME COMMITMENT: 1 day per week, spread across the week.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships that can eventually extend beyond one-off influencer campaigns.
This includes:
Paid social and digital campaigns
Modelling and brand ambassador roles
Speaking engagements, appearances, and events
Press, media, and cultural placements
Hybrid and 360-style partnerships
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience securing brand partnerships for talent, creators, or public figures, specifically.
Clear examples of previous deals and commercial outcomes, for that talent.
Must have existing relationships with luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and mainstream brands, with the confidence to also branch out into technology.
Highly commercial and confident negotiator, good email etiquette.
Experience structuring multi-layered or hybrid deals
Interest in working closely with a talent/ founder operating across media (podcasting), fashion, and technology
Bonus (not essential until a few months into the role):
Experience placing talent into the right events, press outlets, or cultural moments
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term brand value and positioning

Freelance
Primary focus: Jada Sezer brand deals
Secondary scope: CEO MUM podcast partnerships
Opportunity to grow with the brand as it scales
The role will predominantly focus on brand deals and securing regular deal flow. Once established this will evolve into bigger strategy planning and PR.
Why This Role
This is will begin as support with brand deals to an influencer.
Then focus is on elevation, strategy, and commercially building partnerships that align with long-term brand equity and cultural relevance.
This is a freelance role spanning a few hours per week to begin with.
