We are hiring ambitious graduate surveyors to join our rural division across the UK. Our dedicated team provides advice to landowners and farmers on unlocking the value of their assets, diversification, change of land use, rural management, renewables, CPO, leveraging natural capital and biodiversity opportunities, and valuing rural assets across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Management of rural estates.
* Provide valuation advice and property valuations.
* Support the sale, letting and acquisition of farms and parcels of land.
* Professional consultancy on a wide range of rural and agricultural property matters.
* Prepare environmental scheme applications and support natural capital projects.
* Develop and manage relationships with clients.
* Work with experienced team members to support the profitability of the profit centre.
Qualifications
We are looking for forward‑thinking graduates with a can‑do attitude. Ideal candidates are studying a RICS accredited degree, however we welcome applications from those studying a non‑accredited degree who are looking to pursue a career in rural surveying. Experience within a rural practice gained through work experience or placements is essential. Applicants must have or be working towards a full UK driving licence.

We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend our graduate assessment centre which will be held on 10 December 2025 in Oxford.
