Job Description:
A Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years' experience is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an enviable list of clients, including FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals.
Our client has a first-class reputation for developing and investing in home-grown talent and boasts staff retention levels well above the norm. They believe that retention and creating an outstanding place to work deliver inherent benefits to their clients.
They now wish to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least four years' experience to the Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should possess a can-do attitude and have extensive experience in handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters—from standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions to more complex New Build, Buy to Let, and Equity Release matters. Exposure to more complicated and specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided as appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
