Load and unload parts into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment. Monitor welding operations to ensure quality and consistency. Inspect finished welds for defects using visual checks and measuring tools. Adjust machine settings and parameters to optimize weld quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on robotic welding equipment and report any malfunctions. Requirements: Proven experience in robotic welding operations (e.g., MIG, TIG, or spot welding) Familiarity with robotic welding systems (e.g., ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, or similar) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding blueprints Understanding of welding codes and standards Basic knowledge of robot programming and troubleshooting Experience with quality control and inspection processes This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team in a well-established and growing business.
