PQE REQUIRED: 4+

The Role
Advising on a broad range of high‑value and complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, estate and asset management, development, planning, finance, distressed market matters, debt restructuring, construction, holding and funding structures, property tax and litigation.
Provide solutions‑oriented, commercially focused advice to high‑quality clients in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in commercial property.
* Strong technical ability with clear, confident communication.
* Team‑oriented, solutions‑driven, motivated, commercially aware.
* Capable of managing a varied workload while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Willing to contribute to a high‑performing team that values knowledge sharing, professional development, and client‑centred mindset.
