What we’re looking for:
* Experience teaching SEND learners and delivering Functional Skills English in a post‑16 setting
* Hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification with GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent)
* Passionate about teaching and supporting learner progression and achievement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and manage challenging behaviours
* Organised, proactive and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
* Reflective and supportive approach with a commitment to helping learners achieve their potential
