Production Operative - 4on/4off Shift Pattern Location: Bayton Road Industrial Estate, Bedworth Shift: 4 on / 4 off, fixed days - 06:00 to 18:00 Pay: £12.21 per hour plus performance-based bonus About the Role We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturer of roofing and building materials at their Bedworth site. This role involves working on a busy production line, helping to produce high-quality clay roof tiles and related products. You'll be part of a team that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
