Reporting directly to our management team, our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of organising and have a strong customer focus. Our ideal candidate requirements: Key point of contact for customers Answering customer service calls in line with company procedures Answering customer queries where applicable Communicating directly with customers through telephone calls and emails, building strong client relationships Discussing site visits with customers, confirming attendance and collecting feedback Re-date and reconfirm site visits with customers and engineers where necessary. Liasing with all departments to ensure customer needs are met; particularly field engineers Providing office support to the service team where necessary Ensure that customers needs are met promptly and accurately; focusing on client satisfaction. Helping maintain company quality control General admin duties (scanning, printing, filing etc.) Any other ad hoc duties requested via your manager About you: Excellent organisational skills Confident positive telephone manner Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and help the team Friendly, flexible and adaptable as our industry, especially the service department, is very reactive. Work well under pressure Strong communication skills Ability to perform tasks using Microsoft word, excel, and outlook. Ability to communicate professionally with all departments throughout the company.
