Job Description
3. Produce, maintain, and enhance weekly sales reports, month-end reporting packages, and other core financial outputs.
4. Manipulate and interpret large datasets quickly and accurately using advanced Excel skills.
5. Support ongoing integration work, including aligning reporting frameworks and consolidating data across systems.
6. Work with in-house construction systems and translate outputs into meaningful financial insight.
7. Develop and refine Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools.
8. Provide effective business partnering to commercial, operational, and regional teams.
9. Support the Senior Financial Analyst in delivering high-quality financial analysis during key reporting periods.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.
The Successful Applicant
Essential
11. Strong Excel capability (large data manipulation, complex formulas, quick turnaround work).
12. Confident analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting clear insights.
13. Experience producing regular, deadline-driven financial reports (weekly/monthly).
14. Ability to work at pace with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
15. Comfortable working with different systems and data sources.
16. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders across the business.
Desirable
17. Experience with Power BI.
18. Background in construction not required .
19. Experience working within financial reporting, commercial finance, or business intelligence teams.
20. Experience in organisations with multiple sites/regions and complex reporting structures.
